PMI/HIOKI CREATIONS PROJECT WINS BIG AT ANNUAL JERSEY AWARDS
TIME TO END HUNGER WITH HUNGRY TUMMIES RECEIVES FOUR 1ST PLACE AWARDS
Time to End Hunger with Hungry Tummies Video received four 1st place awards in The New Jersey Ad Club’s 54th Annual Jersey Awards. PMI Digital was proud to collaborate with Mel Hioki and Hioki Creations on this project! The 1st place categories are Best Animation/Motion Graphics, Best Not for Profit/Pro Bono Work, Best Original Music Composition, and Best Jingle. The Hungry Tummies video encourages people to help end hunger in their own communities. We are inspired by the message and are honored to receive these awards for such a great cause. CMO INSIGHTS PANEL DISCUSSION
CHRISTOPHER EVANs MODERATED THE CMO INSIGHTS PANEL
PMI’s Director of Business Development, Christopher Evans, was the moderator for the CMO Insights Panel, hosted by the Pittsburgh Technology Council on May, 18th, 2022. The diverse group of panelists included Hollie Geitner of Duquesne Light Company, Joe Barron of Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Lora Sigesmund of PerLora Furniture, and Sunny Flynn of Vorteq Coil Finishers. The panelists provided an in-depth look at their professional experiences working as marketers as well as their focus to leverage media in the digital age.

The New New Normal
Perlora Furniture Campaign Featured In Media POst
PMI digital led a campaign utilizing forced perspectives, refraction, and other design elements to attract the millennial age group to PerLora Furniture, titled “New ‘new normal.’” This campaign has been featured in Media Post. The project’s Creative Director, Damien D’Amico states, “Photography lends itself to fashion and furniture is fashion; moreover, a lifestyle. It’s not enough for furniture to serve a singular purpose anymore. Couches aren’t just for sitting. Couches are where people film their podcasts, where they take their Zoom calls. They need to make a statement. And so, we developed a campaign that did just that.” Read the full article below!

Media Post published an article highlighting the growth of PMI Digital to the West Coast with our new creative director, Damien Christian D’Amico. D’Amico is a seasoned creative with expertise in visual effects and directing. With 16+ years of experience in experiential and commercial advertising, D’Amico is well suiting for his new position and has already made a lasting mark at PMI. Thanks to the efforts of our teams in both Pittsburgh and Los Angeles, PMI will continue to push new boundaries and achieve new milestones.

ART INSTALLATION CAMPAIGN FEATURED IN ADWEEK, MEDIA POST, AND NEXT PITTSBURGH
“Love Carries” a recent PMI Digital campaign has been featured in various publications including Adweek, Media Post, and Next Pittsburgh. This outdoor art installation project is in collaboration with the Auberle Foster Care Community and street artist, Ashley Hodder. Hodder led the charge by guiding the foster families to paint uplifting murals in various neighborhoods throughout Pittsburgh. The purpose of this city-wide endeavor is to demonstrate that love can lift children up and out of troubled situations. Auberle looks to recruit compassionate individuals to become foster parents to help more children find loving families and prove that “Love Carries.”
